What can peptide care cost?
There is no useful single price for peptide therapy. First name the medicine. Then separate the drug cost from the cost of receiving care.

Some online weight-care services charged a recurring membership with medicine billed separately, in the September 2026 price check. Ask whether visits, tests, follow-up, and delivery are included. Ask what would create another charge.
Request the ordinary recurring total, not just the opening offer. Ask how cancellation works and whether a longer payment commitment is involved. Keep the written answer.
A drug-price range needs its label
As of September 2026, some drug makers offered prices for people paying themselves, outside insurance. These weight and diabetes medicine prices mostly ranged from $149 to $499 per month. For some medicines, the cash price rises if you order a refill too late for the offer’s deadline. Ask for the last date to order at the lower price and the price if you miss it.
Those offers differ by product, strength, form, and the amount supplied per “month”. Strength means how much medicine is in the product. Form means a tablet, injection, or other way it is supplied. This range is not a quote for every peptide or for a Cincinnati visit.
As of September 2026, list prices, cash offers, discount-card prices, and insured copays are different price types. When insurance covers a bill, the part you pay is called your copay. Ask which price type an advert is showing.
Check fees and offer dates
Ohio limits certain telehealth fees
A facility fee is a separate charge for the place providing care, rather than for the health professional’s work. As of September 2026, an Ohio health professional giving care by call or online may not charge a facility fee or a fee for equipment at their site.
That rule does not limit the visit fee or the medicine price. If a bill adds a site or equipment fee, ask which charge it covers.
Put an end date beside an offer
The September 2026 check found that many cash-price offers and savings-card terms name December 31, 2026 as their end date. Ask for the price after the offer ends. If it is not known, leave it marked as unknown in your budget.
